Project Features
The Rock Garden was planned as a small, close-knit community for like-minded families. Rather than clearing the land flat, the layout celebrates stone: rockeries planted with hardy, exotic flora line the shared spaces, drawing on the hillside gardens of Èze in the south of France. The result is a quiet, textured landscape that needs little water and grows more beautiful each year. Of the 11,939 sq m site, about 5,300 sq m is open land, including a 1,291 sq m park.

The Rock Garden is on IVC Road in Ilthore Kundana, Uttarahalli hobli, Devanahalli taluk, in the growing aerospace and hardware-park belt of North Bengaluru. NH 44 is about 6 km away and Kempegowda International Airport is a short drive.

With only 38 plots, neighbours know one another by name. Children play in the park, families walk the rockery paths in the evening, and the community keeps the scale of a village lane rather than a township.
