- **Visit the layout.** Walk the roads, see the parks and civic sites, and check them against the approved plan.
- **Ask for the papers.** Approved layout plan, RERA registration, title documents and a full cost sheet.
- **Get them reviewed.** A lawyer checks title; your bank’s legal team will do the same for a loan.
- **Book and register.** At Lake Botanica registration usually happens within one to two weeks of booking.
