Why Devanahalli
Devanahalli is the taluk that holds Kempegowda International Airport, and it has become North Bangalore’s main growth corridor. The airport handled 44.47 million passengers in 2025–26 (ACI Asia-Pacific). The Hi-tech Defence and Aerospace Park near Devanahalli hosts Boeing’s 43-acre India Engineering and Technology Centre, inaugurated in January 2024 (The Tribune), and Collins Aerospace opened its India Operations Centre there in November 2025. Foxconn’s 300-acre campus hired nearly 30,000 people within eight months (Business Today).
The Satellite Town Ring Road already runs through Devanahalli between Dobbaspet and Hoskote, and the Namma Metro Blue Line will add stations along the airport highway, including Doddajala (Business Today).
Lake Botanica
Lake Botanica is a boutique gated community of 261 villa plots around a granite quarry lake, with 51% green and open land, 5,000+ native trees, a Miyawaki forest and lifetime access to the Club Commune. It is about 10 minutes from Prestige Tech Cloud, the upcoming Forum mall and the Doddajala metro station, and about 20 minutes from the airport. Plots are 1,200 to 3,000 sq ft at ₹7,500 per sq ft.
Forest in My Backyard
Forest in My Backyard is a Balinese-inspired gated community of 137 villa plots (1,200 to 2,500 sq ft) beside a forest at Dyavarahalli, Kundana Hobli, Devanahalli Taluk. Development was completed in December 2024, so owners can plan and build now. It has a private clubhouse, four landscaped parks and courts for cricket, volleyball, basketball and badminton, and it is about 25 minutes from the airport.
IVC Road and Doddajala
Our earlier communities show the same approach. The Rock Garden is a 38-plot boutique commune on 2.95 acres on IVC Road at Ilthore, completed in 2021, and Song of Terra is a 108-plot gated community on about 5.5 acres at Doddajala, completed in 2017. Both are BIAAPA-approved and sold out.
